I am not actively baking right now. Any orders placed will not be filled in a timely manner.

Freshly baked sourdough bread made with love in your neighborhood.

Made with care,
not shortcuts

Small-batch sourdough baked in my home kitchen, using a long cold ferment and a live starter that’s been fed every day. Real ingredients. Real flavor.

Every loaf is made for you.

Place your order and I’ll bake your loaf fresh — just allow 2–4 days from order to delivery. Real bread, made to order, delivered to your door.

robin+dough is a one-person bakery run from a home kitchen. Every loaf is shaped by hand, scored with intention, and baked in a cast iron Dutch oven for the kind of crust you can actually hear.

I bake in small batches each week — meaning you get bread that was made for you, not bread that was made for a shelf.

The Original

My signature loaf. Crisp blistered crust, creamy open crumb, and a gentle tang from a 12-hour cold proof. The one to start with.

Chocolate Chip

Rich dark chocolate chips folded through white sourdough, with just a hint of sweetness in the crumb. Best for breakfast.

Jalapeño Cheddar

A crowd favorite. Sharp cheddar and pickled jalapeño folded through white sourdough, baked until the cheese blisters at the crust.

Why sourdough?

Long fermentation makes sourdough easier to digest, naturally preservative-free, and genuinely more flavorful than anything you’ll find on a grocery store shelf. I think real bread is worth the wait — and so do my customers.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is in your bread?

Just three ingredients: King Arthur flour, water, and salt. That’s it. No additives, except delicious mix ins, and no preservatives. The flavor comes entirely from the fermentation process and the live starter.

Do you ever do seasonal or limited flavors?

Yes! When inspiration strikes or when seasonal ingredients are good, I’ll add something new.

Do you bake every day?

Mostly weeks, yes — but I’m a one-person operation so batches are small and availability can vary. The best way to make sure you don’t miss out is to order as soon as you know you want a loaf. If I’m ever taking a break I’ll post about it on the site.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free in my local area! I drop it off myself, which means your loaf arrives fresh and I get to make sure it gets there in one piece.
